Obtaining a Real Estate License
Acquiring a real estate license in San Diego, California, or other states, and doing business with Keller Williams Realty is not difficult, especially with our 90-day Fast Start Program. Getting a real estate license involves a minimum age, real estate education and/or experience, applications and fees, and other state-specific information. You must be sure that you learn the significant real estate licensing information from California, or a state that you might be interested in. Remember, prepare for your real estate exam!
Keller Williams Realty agents in the United States and Canada are required to be members of their local brokerage’s real estate board and complete certification training and contract-completion training, and perhaps additional training through that board.
