This is definitely the most popular location to go running. It offers pleasant surroundings coupled with an amazing 3.3 mile path. People claim that you can do almost everything at this park!

The actual trail is definitely safe throughout the day, an abundance of several runners, walkers, horse riders along with golf players. However I would not advise running at nighttime alone, as there are a few parts of the path that are remote.

  • How The Home Amenities Can Be A Valuable Factor

Some things to consider when selling your home are:

  • Time – Time is generally not on your side. The market can fluctuate any time any hour. The longer a home sits on the market usually earns a lower offer.
  • Value Vs. Cost – No home what value your home is worth, but don’t confuse it with how much you think you should get. Buyers and sellers see value in different ways. For example, hardwood floors, granite countertops, painted walls, epoxy coated garage floor, swimming pool, fireplaces, etc.
  • Simplicity – Use the concept of Keep It Short and Simple (KISS). Not contingencies, flexible showings, flexible move-in-dates and work with your realtor.

According to a recent study by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), home sales increased 5% in 2009, the first annual sales gain since 2005 and the tenth highest annual activity level on record. In the 4th quarter, an increase was experienced by all states, except for California. In contrast, quarter 4 sales in 2008, only 6 states saw in increase in sales: California, Nevada, Minnesota, Virginia and Florida.
